The number one trend in Deloitte’s 2020 Human Capital Trends report is “Designing work for well-being: Living and performing at your best.” Eighty percent of respondents to the associated survey identified well-being as an important or very important priority for their organization's success, yet only 12% felt they are very ready to address this issue. And this data was collected before the pandemic took hold, bringing with it myriad challenges to the mental, physical, financial, and social health of global citizens. How can you integrate work and well-being, and support critical initiatives like reskilling that will require a wide swath of the workforce to demonstrate resilience, agility, and adaptability? Join Pete DeBellis, Total Rewards Research Leader at Deloitte Consulting, and Jan Bruce, CEO and co-Founder of meQuilibrium, for a rich discussion featuring well-being research and data to help your organization move forward in uncertain times.
